As well as managing large investigations Clue also caters for smaller enquiries where other larger systems are not normally deployed. An investigation can be quickly and cost effectively set up and managed using limited personnel; in fact, a case can be managed by one individual. The flexibility of the application allows an investigator to conduct a number of roles without the need for extensive training, in deed, foundation training for Clue takes only 2 days.

Clue solution has many time saving features built in - dramatically reducing the time and cost of an investigation. For example, ClueGateway allows the searching of Clue data securely - from any location, without the need to install client software. You can link information through visualisation tools such as ClueChart or plot them using ClueMap.
