Chief Technology Officer

Would playing a key leadership role in a high-growth, well-funded tech scale-up excite you? Would you enjoy taking ownership for our technology vision, helping to scale over the next few years and ultimately helping them to exit? You will be leading our technology team through the next phase of growth to deliver against our product roadmap, ensuring that our platform is scaling in line with our business and growth objectives. You’ll be setting the technology roadmap, being a figurehead for the company on the tech front, talking to investors, leading the team and rolling your sleeves up to make the day-to-day happen.

Director of Infrastructure and Infosec

As Director of Infrastructure and Infosec you will be one of three senior tech leaders across the business (Application, Infrastructure, R&D), working in collaboration and reporting to the CTO all jointly responsible for leading the technical strategy of the business as it looks to triple in size over the next 3 years. You will be responsible for the delivery through leadership, oversight of financial performance and risk management related to all platform environments. As the business continues to scale, the role is responsible for the implementation of a multi-tenant strategy and defining and delivering a forward-looking program to sustain or sunset the existing customer environments.

Legal and Compliance Manager

We are looking for a qualified Legal and Compliance Manager to join us on our Scaleup journey. Clue is used by world leading organisations like Amazon, Metropolitan Police, NHS, Oxfam International, Home Office, the RFU and the International Cricket Council to investigate a range of threats including corruption, fraud, organised crime, child abuse, insider threats, cybercrime, financial crime and much more. As Legal & Compliance Manager you will play a key role in negotiating agreements with customers, suppliers and partners, as well as overseeing our ISO27001 accreditation activities and providing data privacy guidance both internally and for our customers. You will play a key part in establishing a scalable and commercial approach to all legal and compliance aspects of our business.

Account Manager *2

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers across one or more of our core sectors – Government, Policing, Not for Profit, Commercial and Sports. You will nurture and build out strategic level relationships across multiple stakeholders in a range of our customers; supporting our customer first approach, with the purpose of expanding and improving our commercial success from these businesses. This will range from identifying opportunities in the customer’s wider business, to upselling the depth and range of services offered, through to occasionally supporting renewals.

New Business Executive

From working closely with Marketing, the wider sales division, to utilising your own networks and commercial acumen, you will take responsibility to building and managing a healthy new business pipeline. This will involve taking a new prospect through a professional and effective sales lifecycle through to them signing up as a new and valued customer. The process will range from managing complex business requirements, gathered from across a range of stakeholders, to building out propositions, working closely with presales through to detailed negotiations to contract completion.

Customer Success Manager

Delighting our customers at every level is at the heart of everything we do, with their success being a core value that runs throughout the business. To help build on this we are looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

You will look after our largest customers to ensure their experience with Clue is exceptional, building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders to deliver the value of the Clue product and Services to guarantee renewal and expansion.
