Head of Sales

Over the past 4 years, Clue have grown ARR by over 50% per year. Giving us a great track record and a great platform to accelerate this further. As Head of Sales, you will be central to helping us grow our ARR from £2.5m to over £20m by 2025. This will include scaling a high-performing sales engine from 3 persons to over 20 in that time.

You will be responsible, working closely with the Exec team, for developing and delivering a clear sales strategy, in line with Clue’s business goals. You will drive the implementation of systems and processes and analytics tools that provide clarity on pipeline, targets and key performance indicators. At the same time, you will be responsible for the growth of the team and be an inspirational leader able to attract and retain the very best talent.

Chief Technology Officer

Would playing a key leadership role in a high-growth, well-funded tech scale-up excite you?

Would you enjoy taking ownership for our technology vision, helping to scale over the next few years and ultimately helping them to exit?

You will be leading our technology team through the next phase of growth to deliver against our product roadmap, ensuring that our platform is scaling in line with our business and growth objectives. You’ll be setting the technology roadmap, being a figurehead for the company on the tech front, talking to investors, leading the team and rolling your sleeves up to make the day-to-day happen.
